Description about painting:

Achal and his consort Dveshavajri are engaged in a passionate sexual embrace, signifying the merging of compassion(male) and wisdom(female), culminating in a psychic state of climatic bliss. The figures wear only ornaments and shawls. Achal, 'the immovable', standing on one knee and with his right foot stomping the ground, is the evil emanation of Manjushree (wrathful deities are acknowledged by the flaming background). He destroys the ignorant with his sword of wisdom and his noose. The contorted figure of Dveshavajri holds a skull cup full of blood in left hand and a chopper in her right. The darker tone given her has been the choice of the artist to make the deity more distinctive. Nairatma, the female consort of Hevajra, and Bajrabarahi, the female consort of Chakrasambar, are on occasion depicted alone in Paubha art. However, Dveshavajri is rarely shown without her companion Achal.
